The Limerick Development Plan 2022-2028 came into effect on 29th July 2022.

At the Plassey Residents Association meeting of December 7th 2022 it was decided to form a planning sub committee. This remit of this sub committee includes.

• Promoting the Estates of the PRA as an invest opportunity for residents to buy a property.
• Using print and online media to identify current active planning permission applications in the estates covered by the PRA.
• Coordination among residents of the most effective response when
  objecting to planning permissions according to the process below.
